~Katie S.When I began my search for a jeweler to make my engagement ring, I wanted to get away from major jewelers who are in business to make money and not in it because they enjoy what they do. I hate being accosted by sales people like at a car dealership. So, I decided that what I wanted was to find a high quality jeweler, local to Tucson, and who had an established and outstanding reputation. Needless to say, I couldn't have imagined being so fortunate as to have found Michael at Rainbow! Between Michael's passion, his funny love-it or leave-it sense of humor, and his professionalism, I felt very comfortable having him do custom work on a ring for my fiancée. At the time, I was under a narrow time constraint to create a custom ring to work with the diamonds that I wanted to use. Even though it looked like we were going to come down right to the wire, Michael personally did the work and had my ring ready 4 days ahead of schedule! In choosing the ring design, he stayed after hours with me to make sure that what he was doing was what I wanted, and he made me feel like my ring was the most important priority of his even though he had other customers (who I'm sure felt the same way about what he was doing for them). Seriously, this was the best experience I've ever had - anywhere. Michael's guarantee on his work was "you're marrying the girl, and I'm marrying the ring" - if anything needs fixing, anytime, bring it back to him. In the end, the ring turned out SOOO much more beautiful than I ever imagined and my fiancée absolutely loved it! Thanks Michael! You earned a set of life long customers!!

I was instantly impressed with Michael's professionalism and knowledge of his craft. The atmosphere in the store was one of warmth, almost a "you're part of the family" feeling. Michael gave me his undivided attention as he told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The chain was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. This is by far the best jewelry store in Tucson for quality, service and making a person feel comfortable and at ease. Even if I am just asking questions, looking at options for future purchases or bringing in broken treasures for quality repair Michael and Joanne always give me their full attention. They want people to be informed about their jewelry purchase and happy with whatever service they provide you. You don't have to spend a lot of money to feel like a valued customer at Rainbow Jewelers.
